sad and tax day tea party

I am just so frustrated and sad with the direction our country is going. I have so much to say but it would take a novel to express it, but here I go. What happened to common sense and why are they now considering hooking up with the Castro dictators and taxing soda so we all get skinny and taking over our banks and mortgages and just being all up in our business? Why are they still taking half our paychecks and why is the death tax still in effect and capital gains taxes? Give companies and small businesses a break! They will spend and build factories and create jobs....don't punish them. And as Rick and Bubba say and I agree.....I never got a job from a poor man. Let businesses thrive. Quit punishing them. AND what is up with all the killings in this country. People are at such a loss that they are taking their families out.

I was kind of happy to see the grass roots movement of tea parties going on April 15th. I don't know what good it will do because these "lifetime" politicians don't care about us. They have their own agendas about what THEY think is right and leave all the rest of us in the dust. We are the most charitable giving country.....let us make and keep our money and we WILL give it back to charities and take care. It is not your job to decide that for us. GET OUT OF OUR BUSINESS! Let us decide for ourselves!

AND to the states of America that keep electing the Barney Franks and Nancy Pelosis and Kennedy's.....stop it and grow up! We need fresh blood in the congress...not these lifers who have no impetus to get a real job. They are feeding off of us. Tired of paying for them. STOP!

If anyone is interested...there are several Tax Day Tea Parties happening on April 15th. Go to this link and you can sign up or just show up and say "NO"!

Also, write your congressmen and let them know how you feel and stick up for America and what it was built on. Our forefathers would be rolling in their graves if they could see this country now.

I do love this country and I am lucky to live here and so proud of it most of the time, but we have entered into a land of chaos and malcontent.....everybody thinks they are owed something and those of us that work hard are supposed to pay for them. I am all about charity and giving, but don't dictate that for me. We will take care of this country and we will rebound if you get out of our business!

Sorry for the rant.... have more to say, but stopped there, because I can't talk about Obama giving the Prime Minister of England a DVD collection or giving the Queen an Ipod with Broadway tunes and his speeches on it because that just might send me over the edge.....here are some funneh pictures to end from I Can Haz Cheezeburger:
